hi this is biddy fox. happy holidays from me and batty marr. I've been playing around with production stuff. You may notice a certain glitchy intricate sound to this. expect more of it in the future, im enjoying it a lot. thanks to voice arranger anna (minteh.bandcamp.com) for showing me tirestires and inspiring me to play with those techniques. thanks to captive unicorns (whose drums I sampled, sorry) for coining this kind of glitch pop song in the first place. and thanks to my beloved batty for contributing their sweet, soft voice. and thanks to all of you!! a happy new year to you all.

previously the credits to this said that I provided production and music, whereas batty marr provided lyrics and vocals. this doesn't really actually indicate anything about the production workflow though. it implies a standard bedroom pop production where I made a beat and had my friend sing over it. this is inaccurate to what happened. so let me explain it more clearly:

batty marr wrote the lyrics and sang them acapella into their phone;
I took that phone recording and made a sgap type-beat behind it.
